The longest cave that might reveal more of Mayan Civilization.

In Eastern Mexico, scuba divers explored what might be the longest underwater cave. Stretching up to 347km with 100m depths in some areas, the underwater cavern system is called Dos Ojos.

The historians develop understanding of the Mayans and their sacred rituals performed in caves, which are known locally as “cenotes.” The discovery provides new insights on the Mayan civilization; it shed lights on what happened above the water through the different relics they found underwater.
